The all new Mega Mantis kit for the IS300 / JZX90 / JZX100. Featuring full ON-CAR adjustable LCA to match the high clearance compression arm and have easy track side camber/track width adjustment. The next component is the knuckle adapter itself, which includes a 40mm drop, adjustable ackermann, and adjustable bump stop. It connects in the factory ball joint location on the knuckle but also grabs one of the brake caliper ears for additional strength. The third component is the high clearance compression arm. This part is ON-CAR adjustable to dial in your caster, and attaches underneath the control arm for tierod clearance and wheel clearance. These three pieces are what will give your chassis better track width, handling and steering angle. The kit also Includes fully adjustable Upper Control arms to help dial in your alignment and give you that extra adjustability.
-Angle, 65 degrees + depending on your steering rack offset and wheel setup
-Tie-rods, the kit includes tierod adaptors to connect to the knuckle
-Ackermann, adjustable ackermann (other settings offered upon request)
-Roll Center, optimized handling by adding 40mm of roll centre correction
-Bump steer, corrected bump steer for a lowered ride height
-Caster, optimized caster and trail for the best alignment torque feedback
-Camber, optimized camber ranging from -3 to -6
-Track Width, 50mm wider per side creating a stable and high clearance front end
-Suspension Travel, long travel range, full lock to full lock at any point throughout suspension travel for increased grip
-Joints, Chromoly heim joints and spherical bearings with self lubricating nylon race, easily replaceable
-Weight Reduction, compact drop knuckle design makes for a lighter and stronger design, scissor frame constructed arms with crumble zone to save mounting points from failing under impact, 7075 aluminum used where possible which provides steel like strength at 40% weight reduction.
