The Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation for Nissan 350z | Infiniti G35 with OE Master Cylinder (OEMC) is designed for enthusiasts who want to eliminate engine bay clutter and improve braking performance by;
• Relocating the brake lines in a much more practical way. (aka Brake Line Tuck or Tucked Brake Lines)
• Replacing the factory proportioning valve / block with our Adjustable Bias Valve.
• Deleting ABS
The OEM brake hard lines are relocated and replaced and with -3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines. We use the best components in the industry and we pressure test every line we assemble. We guarantee a leak free start up if this product is installed correctly.
This kit keeps all the lines in the engine bay and mounts the Adjustable Bias Valve to a master cylinder bolt. We have designed the lines to route in the best path possible. Low on the firewall along the rear engine bay cowl, low on the frame rail, how we find is the best look while remaining easy to install. Plus of course, a safe distance from high heat and/or moving objects.
The Brake Line Relocation replaces all of the engine bay hard lines up to the lines in the fenderwell. It does not include the fenderwell to caliper lines. The 2 front to rear lines are adapted with female to male adapters and our clever F fitting to adapt 2 lines into one (see photos for visual reference). From there it goes directly to the OUT side of the Chase Bays Adjustable Bias Valve.
LHD Applications:

03-07 Infiniti G35 (V35 Chassis) Sedan or Coupe
***This Brake Line Relocation only works for the models of LHD 350Z | G35 that use M12x1.0 ports in the OEMC. From what we have seen, the models equipped with BREMBO CALIPERS have the correct M12x1.0 ports in the OEMC. If you have the smaller M10x1.0 ports, or are unsure which OEMC you have, email us before ordering.***
Legend:
OEMC - Original Equipment (or Stock) Master Cylinder
BBE - Brake Booster Eliminator
PTFE - Polyetratluoroethylene aka Teflon
Proportioning Valve & Bias Valve - The component that alters the difference in front and rear pressure. In most cases, the front needs more. Almost all of our Brake Line Relocations include an Adjustable Bias Valve.
ABS - Anti-Lock Brake System. Sometimes needed, sometimes not. How you determine this is up to you but if you have any questions we can provide insight.
